1.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to one month (30 days) before the course start date. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund of course fees, less a 10% re-list/administration fee which will be deducted from the amount paid. If the course states non-refundable, there will be no refund/change of date available.
1.2 If you wish to cancel within one month of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, you may be able to use the course fee as a credit towards a future course.
1.3 If you have booked a course within one month of its start date, conditions 1.2 will apply.
1.4 Refunds will be returned to you by the method in which you paid. Refunds of cash bookings can only be made by bank transfer.
1.5 We can not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs that you may have incurred as a result of booking a Matthew Landers Academy course.
1.6 If you are travelling from overseas and are refused entry into Australia, you will not be eligible for a refund of course fees.
1.7 If you require a visa for entry to Australia and your visa is delayed, you will also not be eligible for a refund of course fees. At our discretion, however, we will consider transferring you to another course at a later date.

2.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.
2.2 If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice. You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks (21 days).
2.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee.
2.4 Whilst we keep our class/course descriptions and course outlines as clear as possible, we accept no responsibility if the class/course differs from your perception and/or interpretation of the description. Images may be used for promotion only, it does not mean you will create an exact replica of the displayed images.
2.5 Lecturer may vary without notice.

3.1 Please treat your course with us like a concert ticket. If you miss the concert, it would carry on without you and you would not be entitled to a refund.
3.2 To qualify for a make up lesson in the Flora Botanica or Industry Ready Course(s) only, a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given. A no-show will be charged at the full class fee if a make up class is required.
3.3 All classes must be completed to receive a Certificate for Industry Ready/Advanced Courses.
3.4 If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.
3.5 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.
